Whether you are interested in personal training, lifestyle management strategies or nutrition, I have developed programs that will meet your needs.  And if you prefer virtual coaching, I can provide you with live video interaction from my home to yours...

Proper biometrics starts with proper posture

Poor posture is quite common in today’s world, as most of us are victims of our chosen occupation, typically seated in front of a computer much of the day. These static, inactive situations can lead to chronic pain or injury, usually affecting the hips or lower back.
